Last updated: [PENDING] · Draft for review
1. Requests and confirmation
Submitting the request form on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. NOMAD reviews vehicle information, location and schedule, then recommends the appropriate service and confirms the appointment by text, phone or email. No appointment exists until NOMAD confirms it.
2. Pricing
Published prices are starting prices. The final price depends on vehicle size, type and condition, and on the level of work required. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, severe odors, heavy buildup, or conditions requiring additional treatment. Add-on services are quoted after the vehicle is assessed.
3. Scope of services
Paint Revival improves gloss, swirl marks and light oxidation. It is not a solution for clear coat that is already failing or peeling; those cases may require repair or repaint. Detailing services cannot correct permanent damage such as deep scratches, dents, burns, tears or previous poor repairs.
4. What we need at your location (mobile service)
- A suitable space to park the service unit.
- Enough room around the vehicle to work safely.
- Your authorization to work on the property when it is a commercial property, a shared community or a private parking lot.
- Access to the vehicle for the duration of the service.
- Weather conditions that allow safe, quality work.
NOMAD's unit carries its own water and electricity, so in most cases you do not need to provide these.
5. Pre-existing conditions
We document the condition of the vehicle before starting when needed. Results are always reasonable according to the starting condition: heavily worn, damaged or previously repaired surfaces may not reach the same result as a well-kept vehicle.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
[PENDING: NOMAD has not formalized its cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policy yet. This section must be completed before launch, and it must also define whether a deposit is required.]
7. Deposits and refunds
[PENDING: deposit and refund policy to be defined. In the first phase the site does not take online payments: payment is made after the service by cash or Zelle.]
8. Payment
Accepted payment methods: cash and Zelle. Payment is made after the service is completed.
9. Service area
Regular coverage includes Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Paulden and surrounding areas. There are no rigid ZIP code limits; requests outside the main area are reviewed individually based on distance, schedule and service.
10. Liability
[PENDING: liability and insurance wording to be reviewed before launch, including what happens with personal belongings left inside the vehicle.]
This is a draft structure based on the operational details NOMAD described in the questionnaire. It must be reviewed and approved — with legal advice if needed — before the site goes live.
